NFSU Admission 2024: National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) is now accepting applications for the 2024-25 session. The university offers a variety of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses including B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA in fields related to forensic sciences.

Eligibility Criteria

  • UG Courses:
    • General/OBC: 12th standard pass with at least 50%.
    • SC/ST: 12th standard pass with at least 45%.
  • PG Courses:
    • General/OBC: Relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 55%.
    • SC/ST: Relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50%.

Entrance Exams

  • National Forensic Aptitude Test (NFAT): Required for all courses.
  • Common Law Admission Test (CLAT): Required for B.Sc. LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) integrated law programs.
  • Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT): Considered for M.Pharm programs.
  • Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE): Required for M.Tech Cyber Security.

Placements

Each year, 50 to 70 percent of candidates get placed in B.Sc courses. The salary packages range between ₹3 Lakhs to ₹12 Lakhs per annum. Top recruiters include Adobe, Amazon, Sophos, PWC, and NSE.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the official NFSU website.
  2. Select the Admission Portal.
  3. Choose UG, PG, or PhD admission as required.
  4. Create an account by filling in the necessary fields.
  5. Complete the registration process and receive the User Manual and FAQs via email.
  6. Log in and go to the Pre-Admission tab.
  7. Select “Create New Application” and fill out the required fields.
  8. Upload a photo and academic information, then click “Save and Continue.”
  9. Print the application and proceed with the challan payment at the appropriate bank branch or via the ‘Card Payment’ method.
  10. After payment, mail the application and a copy of the challan to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Ganesh Khind Road, Pune 411007.
